Job summary

Hammer & Hanborg in Oslo is seeking an experienced consultant for a six-month interim assignment, combining communication, digital development and business. You will help turn strategy into actionable work packages for internal teams and external vendors.

You will act as a key link between communication teams, digital development, the business and external partners, driving governance and progress across a broad digital portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in large global organisations and matrix structures is advantageous.
• Able to translate business and communication needs into actionable technical work.
• Experience with digital workplace, intranet, web platforms, governance, vendor management or digital transformation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support owners of communication and channel strategies in turning priorities into actionable initiatives.
• Translate business and communication needs into concepts, roadmaps and work packages.
• Structure, prioritise and govern the digital communication portfolio across teams, channels and vendors.
• Establish and improve processes, governance and ways of working.
• Coordinate initiatives across communication, technology and business functions.
• Drive progress and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Prepare and present recommendations and decision material.
• Coordinate and follow up with external digital vendors and partners.
• Ensure solutions and initiatives fit a broader cross-functional context.
