Titan Wealth Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced payroll transformation leader to design and deliver a scalable payroll operating model across the UK and international entities. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive governance, controls and remediation while enabling growth through acquisitions.

The successful candidate will lead payroll operations, establish a capable team, and partner with Finance, HR, Reward and external advisers to ensure compliance and best-practice

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale payroll transformation programmes.
• Proven experience as Head of Payroll or senior management level.
• Strong expertise in UK payroll governance and compliance.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions and entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive payroll function review, operating model design and governance framework.
• Oversee payroll delivery for UK and international populations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop future-state payroll team structure, capabilities and succession plans.
• Manage payroll integrations, data integrity and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Support mergers and acquisitions with payroll transition planning and integration.
