Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join their Malaga office. The role is full-time with relocation support, working Monday to Friday, 9AM—6PM, in a dynamic B2B sales environment.

You will manage client accounts, identify opportunities, and drive profitability through proactive account management. Ideal candidates are fluent in Norwegian and English, with channel or B2B sales experience and a motivated, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent Norwegian (C2) and English at native level.
• Goal-oriented with strong achievement drive.
• Motivated self-starter with proactive attitude.
• Experience working with channel partners is a plus.
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Dynamic and energetic approach to sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to clients and partners for account management.
• Create an environment for growth within assigned accounts.
• Maintain relationships to ensure long-term strategy visibility.
• Research new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and drive targets.
• Track and report sales pipeline activity.
• Respond promptly to customer or partner inquiries.

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Malaga office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management
• Creating the business environment for sustained growth on the account
• Developing and maintaining the relationship within the account in order to maintain long term visibility of strategy, plans and competitor activity
• Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals - Focus on driving profitability through proactive management - Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
• Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.
• Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls

REQUIREMENTS:
