Inside Sales Representative Description - As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities. You’ll manage the entire sales process for a range of customers, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to closing the sale. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle by supporting contractual engagements, building strong relationships with key influencers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and manage relationships with customers to drive business growth.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategies for new and existing accounts.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams using remote sales tools.
• Support customers in adopting new products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within accounts and work with AEs/partners to plan account growth.
• Independently manage smaller transactional deals from qualification to close, focusing on expanding the product portfolio to customers.
• Assist with product selection, demonstrations, responding to requests for proposals, and updating sales catalogs.
• Oversee the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solution development, closing sales, and technical demonstrations.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales and account management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong organizational and program management skills.
• Experience in direct sales and working with various stakeholders.
• Ability to support account teams and drive sales for transactional deals.
