Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an experienced Network Engineer for an onsite assessment in Stavanger, Norway. You will evaluate fiber connectivity, Ethernet/WiFi deployment, and rack/AP placement, identify any cabling or coverage issues, and document clear technical observations with practical recommendations for the new AutoStore office.

The assignment may be half or full day, requires hands-on testing tools, and you must communicate effectively in English while coordinating with a remote technical team.

Qualifications

• Strong networking and infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on fiber connectivity testing expertise.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, LAN/WAN and WiFi infrastructure.
• Experience with network rack assessment and AP placement.
• Ability to troubleshoot physical-layer connectivity issues.
• Experience conducting onsite network surveys/assessments.
• Good English communication skills.

Role: H&F Engineer – Network Assessment

Location: Stavanger, Norway

Date: As per engineer availability

Duration: Half Day / Full Day

*Scope of Work*

The engineer will conduct an onsite network and connectivity assessment at the new AutoStore office in Stavanger.

Assess connectivity between the two rooms.

Validate the fiber connection between the rooms and confirm whether it is operational.

Engineer should carry a fiber tester and the necessary tools for testing.

Assess the network rack location and Access Point mounting locations.

Provide observations and recommendations for WiFi and Ethernet deployment.

Identify any connectivity, cabling, infrastructure, or coverage concerns.

Document onsite findings and provide clear technical observations and recommendations.
