Job summary

TECEZE is seeking a field engineer in Rogaland, Norway for a full-day on-site engagement. You will perform a site survey and infrastructure audit of a designated meeting room to assess readiness for the planned IT/AV deployment.

The role covers conceptual room design, recommended equipment placements, and a clear RACI matrix. You will also prepare a concise findings report with measurements, risks, and a preliminary BOM outline for the implementation team.

*Scope of Work*

The engineer will conduct an onsite site survey and infrastructure audit of the designated small meeting room to assess its readiness for the planned implementation.

• 1. Site Survey & Infrastructure Audit
  • Conduct a physical assessment of the meeting room.
  • Check available space and room dimensions.
  • Assess power availability and power outlet locations.
  • Review existing cabling and potential cable pathways.
  • Check network connectivity and available network infrastructure.
• 2. Conceptual Room Design
  • Prepare a conceptual room layout/design based on the onsite survey findings.
  • Identify suitable locations for required IT/AV equipment and connectivity points.
  • Provide practical recommendations for equipment placement and cabling.
• 3. RACI Matrix
  • Prepare a RACI matrix defining roles and responsibilities for the implementation phase.
  • Clearly identify execution, ownership, approval, and support responsibilities.
• 4. Recommendations & Findings Report
  • Document overall site readiness and survey findings.
  • Highlight identified constraints, risks, and gaps.
  • Provide technical recommendations for implementation.
  • Prepare a preliminary Bill of Materials (BOM) outline, where applicable.
  • Include relevant photos and measurements to support the findings and proposed design.
