Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS seeks a Telecom Engineer to coordinate telecom system engineering, documentation, and vendor follow-up across EPC/detailed engineering projects in energy and renewables. The role interfaces with automation, electrical, instrumentation and process teams, supporting all phases from engineering to commissioning.

We value BSc/MSc in telecoms or related fields, fluency in English and Norwegian, and experience in industrial environments.

Qualifications

Experience with EPC/detailed engineering projects in energy, process industry, oil & gas, hydrogen or renewables.
Good knowledge of industrial telecom systems and multidisciplinary project environments.
Familiarity with NORSOK and IEC standards is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Norwegian

Responsibilities

Telecom system engineering and coordination
Industrial networks, fiber optics, structured cabling, PA/GA, CCTV, security and communication systems
Telecom documentation and vendor follow-up
Interface with automation, electrical, instrumentation and process disciplines
Support during engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning
