Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering (electromechanical, electrical, electronics) or equivalent.
• Expertise in managing quality and problem‑solving tools.
• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001, ISO22163).
• Fluency in English and Norwegian; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the inspection and delivery of new trains to the customer.
• Manage customer quality relationships and non-conformity management.
• Lead quality-related investigations and report defects.
