Job summary

Alstom in Oslo is seeking an Industrial Quality Engineer to oversee quality activities for NO5/NO6 depots. You will report to the Northern RS Quality Director and collaborate with project management, operations and engineering to ensure site quality processes are implemented and maintained.

You’ll manage the site quality team, handle customer quality relations and non-conformity management, and support handover from manufacturing to PI sites, with a focus on inspections and compliance across the

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electromechanical/electrical/electronics engineering.
• Experience in quality auditing and process management.
• Knowledge of quality standards ISO9001 and ISO22163.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian; German an asset.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Support quality activities in NO5/NO6 depots in Oslo.
• Lead the site industrial quality team and implement site quality processes.
• Manage customer quality relationships and non-conformity handling.
• Support handover activities from manufacturing site to PI site.
• Lead customer inspections and record inspection results in digital tools.
