Job summary

Amploy AS in Rogaland, Norway, is seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to coordinate daily cleaning and disinfection in production facilities, working alongside the team. Start date January 2027. Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning, preferably supervisory or team-leader capacity.
• Comfortable operating high-pressure cleaning equipment and handling industrial cleaning chemicals.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding production environments.
• Willing to work full-time night shifts.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

About the role:

• Coordinate and lead the daily cleaning and disinfection operation, working operationally alongside the team
• Allocate tasks, follow up employees, and carry out basic quality control of completed work
• Perform deep cleaning of production buildings using high-pressure water systems during scheduled night shifts
• Apply approved cleaning agents, detergents, and disinfectants following established sanitation protocols
• Carry out chemical sanitation procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations.

• Hourly Rate: 330 NOK/hour (gross) + bonus supplement
