Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning, preferably supervisory or team-leader capacity.
• Comfortable operating high-pressure cleaning equipment and handling industrial cleaning chemicals.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding production environments.
• Willing to work full-time night shifts.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead daily cleaning and disinfection operations alongside the team.
• Allocate tasks, supervise employees, and perform basic quality checks on completed work.
• Perform deep cleaning of production buildings using high-pressure water systems during night shifts.
• Apply approved cleaning agents and disinfectants following sanitation protocols.
• Carry out chemical sanitation procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Act as the primary contact for day-to-day operations.
