Job summary

Falkor is building the AI-first future of industry and seeks an AI Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions. You will work with real industrial data, digital twins, and production-grade APIs in a strong software engineering environment.

Expect to build AI capabilities into industrial products, collaborate with domain experts, and contribute to an AI-first platform that improves safety, efficiency, and performance in heavy-asset sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Design and implement scalable APIs and services in modern full-stack environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI-powered features such as copilots and RAG.
• Build end-to-end pipelines for large-scale industrial data with low latency.
• Integrate AI services into the Digital Twin ecosystem for operator experiences.
• Optimize models for performance, efficiency, and robustness.
• Collaborate with researchers, product teams, and domain experts to production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to the AI-first industrial platform with clean, well-tested code.
