Slimstock is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deploy Slim4 for clients in Dubai, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality. You will configure, deploy, and optimize Slim4 while collaborating with clients to meet supply chain needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field required.
• At least 2 years in supply chain management or related industry.
• Experience with demand planning and inventory optimization tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Slim4 for clients, ensuring seamless deployment and configuration according to client needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for clients, coordinating with the support team for system customizations.
• Build strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs and advising on best practices for inventory and demand planning.
• Deliver training sessions for clients on system functionalities and create clear configuration documentation.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and coordinate internal resources to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Collect client feedback to drive product and implementation improvements.
• Assist the sales team with technical expertise in the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations.
