Job summary

Oda is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer to own core physical process flows, optimize layouts, and lead installation projects from concept to commissioning. You will help ensure our solutions boost throughput and reduce waste across operations.

You will collaborate with on-site teams, software developers, data analysts and product managers, applying Lean principles to improve safety and efficiency. Strong financial insight and project management experience are essential.

Qualifications

Master of Science in Mechanical/Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent.
5–10 years in Lean manufacturing, industrial production, or logistics.
Proven track record leading complex physical installation projects.
Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies.
Strong financial and operational understanding of cost drivers.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and continuously improve physical process flows, layout solutions, process dependencies, and supporting systems to maximize throughput and operational efficiency.
Lead installation projects for equipment, hardware, and infrastructure from initial concept through to commissioning.
Analyze cost drivers within the process flow and ensure all technical and physical solutions directly optimize unit economics and bottom-line results.
Apply Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, enhance safety, and foster a continuous improvement culture.
Work closely with on-site operational teams to ensure drawings and technical designs function seamlessly in daily operations and execute smooth handovers.
Step up and contribute to responsibilities beyond the core job description when the team or business needs it.
