Job summary

If, a leading Nordic insurer, seeks an IAM Success Manager to drive adoption and value from IAM services across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and IT to connect business needs with security capabilities.

This role covers non-human identities, identity governance, and change enablement. Travel to Nordic sites 4–5 times per year with a hybrid working setup in Oslo or other Nordic locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management required.
• Customer- and user-oriented mindset with collaboration across teams.
• Experience in security, digital identity and IAM, including non-human identities.
• Fluent English; Nordic travel 4–5 times a year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, tech teams and end users to drive adoption of IAM.
• Shape value delivery of IAM services and communicate changes.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams to improve user experiences.
• Support awareness activities and participate in future directions.
