ALLPS is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead IT and digitalisation projects for a government agency in Oslo. You will plan, drive and monitor complex initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders and managing procurement processes.

The role requires 7+ years of project management experience, IT project work in the public sector, knowledge of public administration and its rules, and fluency in Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language) plus English. The position is based in Oslo.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a project manager.
• Experience from IT projects in the public sector.
• Knowledge of public administration and its rules.
• Fluent Norwegian or another Scandinavian language, and good English.
