Job summary

IKM Gruppen AS in Stavanger, Norway, seeks a GLBA Specialist to lead operationalization and compliance of the Gas Lift Balancing Agreement across operated assets. Qualifications

• Higher education in engineering, economics, energy, or a related field.
• Experience in hydrocarbon management, allocation, gas lifting, or commercial agreements.
• A strong understanding of GLBA and its associated reporting and balancing mechanisms.
• Experience with or interest in the digital operationalization of agreements and processes.
• Familiarity with Energy Components and/or EnergyX is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a structured, independent manner and collaborate across different disciplines and assets.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the operationalization and compliance of the GLBA across operated assets.
• Establish and develop standardized practices for GLBA in operations, including roles, work processes, and reporting.
• Perform operational follow-up of GLBA during the production phase.
• Contribute to implementing GLBA in digital solutions like EnergyX and Energy Components, collaborating with IT and project teams.
• Ensure correct establishment and monitoring of Gas Lifting Accounts, balances, and reporting to shippers and partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert and advisor for assets on questions related to GLBA, gas lifting, and balancing.
• Engage in dialogue with partners, Gassco, and internal stakeholders on GLBA-related matters.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, risk mitigation, and automation within the GLBA domain.
