Job summary

National Oilwell Varco in Norway seeks a Quality leader to take ownership of the Quality Management System and maintain ISO 9001 certification. You will guide a team of five Quality Engineers and collaborate closely with operations, engineering and service teams to drive continuous improvement across NOV locations in Norway.

This role sits within Quality Assurance, requiring strong leadership, cross-functional communication and a focus on maintaining high-quality standards throughout

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 certification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement across operations, engineering and service.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet quality objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ISO 9001 certification.
• Lead a team of five Quality Engineers and coordinate with operations, engineering and other functions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across NOV manufacturing, repair and service operations in Norway.
