Job summary

Tieto Banktech in Bergen, Norway, is seeking Software Developers to join the Card team and help power Nordic bank systems with secure, scalable solutions. You will work on card issuing, authorisation, and related services using Java, OpenShift, and AWS.

You will join a team delivering modern payment solutions and gain in-depth knowledge of the international card ecosystem while collaborating with global partners. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software development experience, preferably in payments.
• Strong Java programming language.
• Interest and some experience with recent AI tools.
• Graduates with the right attitude welcome to apply.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Join a team of highly skilled colleagues and become an expert in the card area.
• Be involved with system development within the Card department.
• Work with modern tech and development tools such as Java, GitHub, Kubernetes, OpenShift and AWS.
