Job summary

Hitachi Energy Norway AS seeks a Service Manager to lead and grow the HVDC and Power Electronics service business in Norway. You will oversee service operations, develop a high-performing team, and work with customers and stakeholders to create long-term value.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Power Engineering, leadership experience, and fluency in Norwegian and English. Travel within Norway and occasionally internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership and service-management experience in electrical power sectors.
• Experience with HVDC or power-electronics solutions is advantageous.
• Fluent Norwegian and English; willing to travel in Norway and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the HVDC and Power Electronics service business in Norway.
