Flowtech Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced HVAC Commissioning Manager to join our team on an exciting project in Norway. This is a full-time/secondment opportunity offering a rotation-based schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role leads water treatment and commissioning for HVAC systems, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance across multiple sites. You will define flushing and commissioning strategies, oversee planning and delivery, mentor staff, and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in HVAC commissioning, testing & balancing and mechanical systems.
• Proven experience in senior technical leadership or management, supervising multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of HVAC design intent, control systems, functional performance testing and commissioning best practice.
• Demonstrable ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and control sequences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with commissioning documentation, test procedures and reporting protocols.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Planning & Project Leadership: lead commissioning strategy for HVAC projects and align with client specs.
• Plan activities, priorities and allocate resources across sites.
• Oversee scheduling to integrate commissioning milestones with the project programme.
• Review and approve commissioning plans, procedures and docs.
