Job summary

Modis is seeking an HRIS Payroll Implementation Expert for a 6 month contract (+ extension) in Oslo. The role will support a bespoke payroll platform implementation and work closely with business and technical teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Norwegian payroll legislation and a background implementing HRIS payroll platforms such as Workday, Oracle, SAP HCM or similar. Fluent English is required; Norwegian language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HRIS payroll platforms end-to-end.
• Solid knowledge of Norwegian payroll legislation.
• Background with major HRIS payroll platforms (Workday/Oracle SAP).

Responsibilities

• Assist with new bespoke payroll platform implementation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Norwegian payroll legislation during rollout.
