Job summary

Modis is seeking an HRIS Payroll Implementation Expert for a 6 month contract (+ extension) in Oslo. The role will support a bespoke payroll platform implementation and work closely with business and technical teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Norwegian payroll legislation and a background implementing HRIS payroll platforms such as Workday, Oracle, SAP HCM or similar. Fluent English is required; Norwegian language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HRIS payroll platforms end-to-end.
• Solid knowledge of Norwegian payroll legislation.
• Background with major HRIS payroll platforms (Workday/Oracle SAP).

Job description

Our client needs an HRIS Payroll Implementation Expert for a 6 month contract + extension.

The suitable expert will be required to assist with a new implementation of a bespoke Payroll platform, and to work closely with both business teams and technical teams to ensure a successful end to end implementation of this payroll platform too.

The suitable expert will also need to have solid experience with Norwegian Payroll legislation and to ensure that this is implemented correctly as well.

The suitable expert should come from a background of implementation of various other HRIS Payroll platforms too such as Workday, Oracle, SAP HCM or similar.

The suitable expert also needs to be a fluent English speaker too (any Norwegian speaking skills would also be an advantage, but are not mandatory).
