Job summary

Capital One in Alabang is seeking a Fixed Term Associate to support the HR Help Center. You will handle Tier 1 inquiries, coordinate Tier 2 escalations, and assist with HR projects and development updates. Fresh grads or those with relevant experience are welcome.

Applicants should have HRIS and case-ticketing tool experience, familiarity with cloud contact systems, and strong communication and analytical skills. Willingness to work on-site in Alabang is required.

Qualifications

• Educational background: college graduate in Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• Fresh grad or with relevant work experience.
• Knowledge and experience in HR Contact Center systems.
• Experience with HRIS tools such as Workday, SAP or PeopleSoft.
• Experience with case ticketing tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow or Siebel.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gsuites).
• Analytical and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Flexible with working schedules and willing to work in Alabang.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support in the HR Help Center sub-function.
• Process associates’ concerns via HRIS, case ticketing tools and telephone platform.
• Handle Tier 1 cases within agreed timelines; escalate Tier 2 as needed.
• Coordinate and assign Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions.
• Support special projects and logistics for department-wide programs/events.
• Discuss development plans with manager and provide progress updates for reviews.
