Job summary

Oman OnlineConnect in Os, Norway, is seeking a dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to develop sales plans and maximize hotel revenue. Your main goal is to attract new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and leading a sales effort for a luxury property.

You will identify potential clients through networking events, trade shows, and social media; collaborate with other departments to craft attractive packages; monitor market trends; and report performance to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
