Omega 365 Software is seeking a Marketing Specialist to turn ideas into effective marketing. You’ll create content, deliver campaigns, and strengthen our digital presence across industries and markets, helping build awareness and support expansion into new markets.

This hands-on role covers content, campaigns, events, and digital channels. You’ll own activities end-to-end while collaborating with designers, sales, and product teams to move fast with structure and reliable execution.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS or AI-enabled marketing is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English and Norwegian communication.

About the role

This is a hands-on, digitally driven role spanning content, campaigns, events, and digital channels. You’ll take ownership of activities from idea to delivery while collaborating with colleagues on larger strategies and initiatives. Opportunities move fast, and we’re looking for someone who combines creativity and speed with structure and reliable execution.

What you’ll do

• Create compelling content: Develop articles, customer stories, case studies, ROI content, website copy, and campaign materials.

• Deliver effective campaigns: Plan and execute marketing activities across channels and markets to build awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

• Strengthen our digital presence: Manage website content, email marketing, and social media, and improve visibility through SEO and AI-enabled search optimization.

• Bring ideas to life: Work with designers, film specialists, and colleagues to create engaging marketing materials.

• Work across teams: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and colleagues across our international organization.

• Improve and measure: Explore new tools, including AI, track results, and use insights to improve our marketing.

What you bring

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Norwegian.

• Relevant marketing expertise, supported by a degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Practical digital marketing skills and confidence in learning new tools.

• A collaborative growth mindset, proactive approach, and strong focus on results.

Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, or AI-enabled marketing is an advantage. Specialist expertise in one area of marketing can compensate for less experience in others. We value practical skills and attitude alongside formal qualifications, and welcome candidates at all career stages.
