Omega 365 Software is growing internationally, and we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to turn great ideas into effective marketing. You’ll create content, deliver campaigns, and strengthen our digital presence across industries and markets, helping build awareness, support expansion into new markets, and drive business growth.

This hands‑on, digitally driven role spans content, campaigns, events, and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English and Norwegian
• Marketing expertise supported by a degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with SEO and AI-enabled search optimization
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, or AI-enabled marketing is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Create compelling content: Develop articles, customer stories, case studies, ROI content, website copy, and campaign materials.
• Deliver effective campaigns: Plan and execute marketing activities across channels and markets to build awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
• Strengthen our digital presence: Manage website content, email marketing, social media, and improve visibility through SEO and AI-enabled search optimization.
• Bring ideas to life: Work with designers, film specialists, and colleagues to create engaging marketing materials.
• Work across teams: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and colleagues across our international organization.
• Improve and measure: Explore new tools, including AI, track results, and use insights to improve our marketing.
