Job summary

NCC Building Nordics is seeking a Segment Lead Healthcare to drive development and execution of the healthcare segment across Denmark, Norway and Finland. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, shaping market approaches, and expanding NCC’s industry network in the Nordic region.

The candidate will monitor market opportunities, coordinate with divisions, and promote knowledge sharing while aligning with NCC’s strategic direction. Frequent Nordic travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Experiences from the development and execution of large hospital projects in a Nordic context.
• Good understanding of contracting models, negotiations, and commercial set-ups in complex construction projects or similar projects.
• Proactive customer approach.
• Create and develop relationships with all stakeholders within the segment.
• Strategic and operational experience and understanding from construction business and large, complex projects.
• Team lead experience from line organization.
• Structured, persistent working style with impact on stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the healthcare segment strategy and ensure its effective implementation.
• Monitor the market and project opportunities within the segment.
• Support divisions in Denmark, Norway and Finland with market and sales activities.
• Ensure systematic collection of experiences and promote knowledge sharing.
• Provide second opinions and reviews at critical stages in ongoing projects.
• Lead and develop the healthcare segment network in Building Nordics and enable cross-segment collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze segment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and execute segment-specific activities.
