Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in business, a health field, a related field, or equivalency.
• Current enrollment in Master's degree program related to healthcare, business, public health, or IT; at the time of application or internship.

Responsibilities

• Participates in and leads ongoing planning and execution of internship projects as assigned by management.
• Obtains, analyzes, synthesizes, and interprets industry and institutional data; assists in benchmark data evaluation.
• Performs independent analysis of workflow, operational, financial, and statistical information using spreadsheets, modeling software, and CAD tools.
• Prepares presentations and quality reports; presents, communicates and disseminates findings.
• Maintains knowledge of emerging healthcare challenges facing hospitals and healthcare systems nationally.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, health field, or equivalency
