Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. This role sits at the intersection of finance, legal, product and engineering, inheriting a team of senior operators to simplify and automate core processes.

The role centers on leading the operations engineers, driving automation with a focus on speed and efficiency, and delivering outstanding service as Odin scales.

Qualifications

• AI-pilled builder with proven no-code/low-code solutions.
• Management experience leading teams of 5+ for 3+ years.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized end-to-end.
• First principles thinker who questions conventions.
• Experience in regulated financial services is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 senior operators and the deal ops team; oversee hiring and performance.
• Own end-to-end operations: investments on Odin through exits and governance.
• Drive the automation roadmap and partner with product/engineering.
• Decide which processes to keep or cut; handle high-value escalations to delight customers.
• Set the cultural bar and ensure root-cause problem solving across the org.
