• Strong numeracy with financial mechanics, allocations and distributions.
• You understand end-to-end systems and own outcomes.
• You prefer operating over managing and drive rapid execution.

Responsibilities

• Deal Execution: move investments from idea to closed efficiently.
• Automation: partner with ops to automate repeating workflows autonomously.
• Deleting things and saying no: cut non-scale, non-profitable requests.
