Job summary

Cloudscaler is seeking a Head of Migrations to lead all migration work, owning the MAP pipeline and related engagements. You will drive data centre exit programmes and landing zone migrations, building repeatable methodologies and assets for scalable delivery.

You will recruit and lead a team as the offering matures, owning a standalone unit with profit and loss accountability, and push AI-driven automation to improve accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large-scale AWS migration programmes.
• Working knowledge of AWS MAP, including funding and credits.
• Experience of data centre exit and landing zone migration.
• Ability to build a TCO model and a migration business case.
• Commercial fluency: revenue, gross profit, utilisation, pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own MAP relationship: engagements funded and tracked through Assess, Mobilise, Migrate.
• Lead data centre exit programmes end-to-end from discovery to decommissioning.
• Own end-to-end migration methodology: portfolio discovery to post-migration validation.
• Define migration assessment tooling and map findings to migration patterns.
• Support commercial team on proposals and funding conversations.
• Deliver against a six-month revenue plan and KPI reporting.
• Recruit, lead and develop the team with profitability in mind.
• Drive AI and automation across the migration lifecycle.
• Represent Cloudscaler in public forums and partnerships.
