Job summary

Cotech Building Careers in central London seeks an entrepreneurial leader to develop a new M&E business stream within an established major construction business. The role focuses on self-delivering smaller M&E packages, with strong contractor and consultant client relationships.

Lead work-winning efforts, manage stakeholders through to final account, and drive growth with solid P&L oversight and M&E design management experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Tier 2 M&E contractors and managing supply chain relationships.
• Ability to create and lead M&E content packages from inception through cost planning and delivery.
• Commercial package management with P&L oversight.
• Proven capability to grow a business within an established brand.

Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to develop a new business stream within an existing Major construction business.

Based in central London, the business has a long track record in delivering excellence in construction and Cat 2 fit out. As part of the planned growth and diversification, the business is looking to add specialist M&E capabilities to its operations, self delivering smaller M&E packages, working with the existing supply chain.

We are seeking a leader with experience in leading tier 2 contractors and running successful P&L. You will be able to demonstrate strong contractor and consultant client relationships. Your involvement in M&E packages will begin at the work winning stage, and you will have responsibility for managing all stakeholders through to final account, and growth.

The successful candidate will have key competencies in the following areas;

• Strong relationships with Tier 2 M& E Contractors / Supply chain partners
• Ability to create and lead M&E content packages from inception through cost planning, estimating & delivery.
