Job summary

The Hoxton Oslo is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance of the hotel's facilities and equipment, manage budgets, and oversee health and safety with comprehensive risk assessments. You will implement effective PPM schedules, supervise on-site contractors, and ensure fire safety systems are tested and compliant.

You’ll lead a high-energy team, drive process improvements, coordinate quotations, and maintain records of machinery with manuals and specs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel facilities management and MEP systems.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel’s facilities and equipment overall.
• Control maintenance budget and stock in line with budget guidelines.
• Lead health and safety procedures and risk assessments.
