You will lead and execute 0-to-1 initiatives in AI Research Lab, translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and driving rapid progression from prototype to production.

You will architect scalable solutions, pushing milestones that position the department for rapid growth and a potential spin-off with institutional backing.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas, open to relocate or remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in AI Research Lab.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones toward growth or spin-off.
