EWOR GmbH is launching cutting-edge initiatives and seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will lead and execute 0-to-1 initiatives in AI Research Lab, translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and driving rapid progression from prototype to production.

You will architect scalable solutions, pushing milestones that position the department for rapid growth and a potential spin-off with institutional backing.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas, open to relocate or remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
