The Hoxton Oslo, part of the Ennismore family, is seeking a Head Chef to lead a vibrant kitchen in our new Oslo location. You will oversee a large team, shape menus with a focus on freshness and provenance, and drive cost efficiency while preserving the brand’s signature quality.

You’ll inspire guests with creative, high-impact dishes and mentor staff to deliver exceptional hospitality, all within a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values teamwork and fun.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar Head Chef role in a bustling environment.
• Proven track record leading large kitchen teams across multiple outlets.
• Creativity while upholding brand standards through dishes on the menu.
• Managerial skills to achieve budgeted KPIs in labour and COS%.
