AutoStore in Norway is hiring an Automation Test Engineer to develop and implement automated testing solutions for our hardware products. Join our R&D team focused on early-phase New Product Development to improve how we test hardware modules.

You'll work closely with engineering to create test rigs, analyze results, and contribute to design validation and defect prevention. This role offers a collaborative environment, growth opportunities, and a pathway to advanced automation skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated testing solutions for hardware modules.
• Plan and execute validation activities during early-stage New Product Development (NPD).
• Analyze test results and identify failures, trends, and opportunities to improve product performance.
• Support root cause investigations and design validation with engineering teams.
