Job summary

Oslo Taxi and TaxiFix are seeking an Analytical Lead – Customer & Growth to turn data into practical actions that improve digital journeys and increase completed trips. You will work with the Growth Platform Team and collaborate with Data & AI to translate insights into priorities and experiments.

The role focuses on analysing how customers use the TaxiFix app, driving conversion, and improving customer experience and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Comfortable using SQL and analytics tools.
• Experience in apps, e-commerce, marketplaces, mobility or transaction‑driven businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer journeys from app opening to booking.
• Identify patterns in behaviour, conversion, drop‑off and loyalty.
• Follow up KPIs related to app usage, activation, conversion, completed trips and growth.
• Build dashboards, analyses and decision support for the Growth Platform Team.
• Measure impact of campaigns, CRM initiatives and product improvements.
• Support experiments and A/B testing with clear hypotheses.
