Wilhelmsen Ship Management invites graduates to join a 24-month Global Graduate Programme starting August 2027. You will rotate across four six-month assignments, with one international rotation, gaining hands-on experience in data analytics, software development, business development, vessel management, and ESG initiatives.

You should hold a master’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or IT, and bring 0–2 years of experience, a curiosity-driven mindset, and strong communication
