Wilhelmsen Ship Management invites ambitious graduates to join a 24-month programme designed to accelerate your career in maritime technology, logistics, and sustainability. You will rotate across four six-month assignments, including an international rotation to gain global insights.

You will work with data analytics, software development, and growth initiatives, contributing to vessel operations, ESG, and innovative ventures while building a broad professional network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or IT (must).
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of professional experience accepted.
• Insatiable curiosity and passion for new technology."
• Problem-solving mindset with innovative approaches.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24‑month graduate programme starting August 2027.
• Four dynamic six‑month rotations across business units with an international assignment.
• Collaborate with diverse global teams to drive innovation and change.
• Contribute to data analytics, software development, business development, vessel management, ventures, and ESG initiatives.
