Job summary

Wilhelmsen Ship Management invites ambitious graduates to join a 24-month programme designed to accelerate your career in maritime technology, logistics, and sustainability. You will rotate across four six-month assignments, including an international rotation to gain global insights.

You will work with data analytics, software development, and growth initiatives, contributing to vessel operations, ESG, and innovative ventures while building a broad professional network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or IT (must).
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of professional experience accepted.

About our graduate programme:

As a participant in our 24‑month graduate programme starting in August 2027, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and change. Your journey

You’ll experience four dynamic six‑month rotations across our business units, and, during one of these rotations, you'll embark on an international adventure, gaining valuable global insights.

As a graduate at Wilhelmsen you’ll contribute to various areas, including:
