Job summary

Wilhelmsen invites graduates to join a 24-month international graduate programme starting in August 2027. You will rotate across four six-month assignments in diverse business units, including data analytics, software development, and sustainability initiatives, with a possible international rotation.

You will work with teams worldwide, contributing to vessel management, growth strategies, and ESG goals while developing technical and leadership skills in a global maritime environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or IT.
• 1–2 years of professional experience or fresh out of school.
• Insatiable curiosity and passion for embracing new technology.
