Job summary

Cundall is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join its Building Services team in the UK. You will work on the design of cutting‑edge, sustainable mechanical building services for diverse projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Under guidance, you’ll translate client needs into designs, advance your professional development with CIBSE/IMechE programmes, and contribute to sustainable solutions from initial concept to detail design.

Qualifications

• Must be on track to achieve at least a 2:2 degree in a relevant field.
• Desirable if enrolled in or completed a BEng/MEng in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Demonstrated passion for innovative, sustainable mechanical engineering.
• Evidence of teamwork and proactive development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of mechanical building services for diverse projects.
• Provide specialist input across sectors including education, healthcare, and data centres.
• Translate client needs into practical, sustainable building services solutions.
• Develop skills towards professional chartership with accredited programmes.
