Job summary

Cundall is seeking a Graduate Design Manager to join its data centre-focused team in the UK. You will work under the design management team, supporting with overall project delivery, coordinating design stages, and maintaining records.

The role offers progression towards chartership through formal development programmes. You will liaise across disciplines, track progress, and develop your management skills with increasing autonomy.

Qualifications

• On target to achieve at least a 2:2 degree.
• Desirable Masters in Engineering or Design/Construction Management.
• Proactive with strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
• Collaborative with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of projects to discuss design issues.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with all design discipline teams, track progress and assist with coordination of design stage issues.
• Record meeting discussions, track outstanding actions, monitor deliverable schedules, maintain project filing systems and protocols.
• Develop design management skills and progress toward project leadership role with greater responsibility.
• Support chartership through accredited professional development programmes.
