Job summary

Geminor has launched an 18-month structured trainee programme starting fall 2027, inviting graduates to join a small cohort across our offices. You progress through five phases, are assessed at gates, and may secure a permanent role at the end. Final-year students and recent graduates are welcome.

You will learn the commercial model, including gate fees, freight, FX, and margin build-up, while rotating through operations, logistics, and compliance, with multi-office placements and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel and spend weeks at other offices.
• Interest in how deals are formed, not just processing them.

Responsibilities

• Learn the commercial model from gate fees and freight to FX and margin build-up.
• Support live customer and supplier dialogue, offers and shipment notifications.
• Work in operations, logistics and compliance, including a week at headquarters.
• Spend four-week placements in two other country offices.
• Take responsibility for your own portfolio and present a business case to management.
• Participate in four in-person trainings alongside fellow trainees.
