Job summary

Capula Investment Management invites high-potential students to join its ten-week Summer Internship Programme in London. Interns work with traders, portfolio managers and quantitative researchers on defined projects that inform real trading decisions.

Qualifications

• Students due to graduate in 2027 or 2028, pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Economics, Finance or a quantitative discipline.
• Demonstrable interest in financial markets and trading (no prior finance experience required).
• Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills; strong programming ability in Python.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Traders, Portfolio Managers and Quantitative Researchers on defined project(s) leading directly to trading decisions.
• Receive and participate in training in financial modelling, analysis, research methods and trading strategies.
• Evaluate market conditions and economic data analysis.
• Assist in developing research ideas to support the desk's trading strategies.
• Developing tools and reports to aid in trade analysis and identification.
