Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, prepares, and ensures products are cooked correctly according to recipe while utilizing effective portion control.
• Monitors stock levels of gourmet foods and manages orders to maximize profitability.
• Collaborates with deli staff to plan, prepare, and fulfill catering orders.
• Maintains quality control and food safety standards; rotates dated products properly.
• Creates appealing displays and uses suggestive selling to promote products.
