Brookshire Grocery Company in the United States seeks a Floral Designer to create beautiful arrangements and support the floral department from small bouquets to weddings. You will work with a team to promote department sales and customer service to support profitability.

The role requires creativity, knowledge of flowers, ability to travel to off-site events, and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends. Prior floral design experience and high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.

Responsabilités

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Review sales data and manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Improve sales performance and public relations while ensuring quality.
• Create stylish floral designs for bouquets, events, and consultations.
• Provide price estimates and negotiate arrangements for customers.
• Coordinate product sourcing to ensure in-stock conditions for floral dept.
