Job summary

Nofence is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive global, full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets. You will design interview frameworks, optimize our ATS, and coach hiring managers to improve hiring outcomes while maintaining our values and brand.

You will build tailored sourcing strategies per country, partner with agencies when needed, and champion a fair, efficient, and compliant hiring process as we scale.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience running full-cycle recruiting independently across multiple role types.

Responsibilities

• Define global Talent Acquisition framework: intake, assessment, structured interviews, and ATS governance.
• Execute end-to-end full-cycle recruiting across engineering, commercial, and operations roles.
• Develop geographies sourcing strategies and brief agencies when needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to define scope, level, and fit with data-backed guidance.
• Drive candidate experience and employer branding across markets.
• Lead TA data: time-to-fill, funnel, source effectiveness and actionable insights.
